Located in Pietresanta, Palazzo Guiscardo has the name of the Pietrasanta founder, Guiscardo Pietrasanta, that in 1255, at that time Chief of Lucca, gave its nobilary titles to the ancient Medieval borgo. This Liberty style building dates back to the 1800. During its transformation and adaptation into a hotel, all the original architectural elements such as floors, railings and decoration has been, where possibile, recuperated.
